Monday-Thursday: $3,500

Friday: $5,250

Sunday: $4,000

Add on options available:

Additional rental hour: $500 per hour

Additional guest: $10 per person up to 300

*Party rentals cannot be booked earlier than 4 months before the event

Bella Rose Estate REQUIRES you to use their in house bartending and catering service for all party packages. Security services required if alcohol is served; service obtained by Bella Rose Estate at customer’s expense (1 security per 150 people $200).

*Only 50% deposit to secure your date; remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date
