Vickie Herd & Chad Herd

Founder & Son

     In 2005, Vickie Herd started her first company providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities, Extended Family Disability Services, LLC. Her entrepreneur drive was originally derived from her devotion to caring for her son Chad Herd, 36, with Down Syndrome. Vickie's company was a family run business from the start including her daughter Leslie Cole, her son-in-law Chad Cole, youngest daughter Ashley Green and her oldest child Chad Herd.


     Knowing that a successful business had come into fruition, and the dynamic bond of having her children working together, Vickie knew she had the perfect team to open her second business, Bella Rose Estate in 2013. Both companies are involved in several nonprofit organizations and enjoy giving back to the community.

     Leslie Cole joined the original family business, Extended Family Disability Services LLC in 2006, managing the employees and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She transitioned to Bella Rose Estate in 2013 to better utilize her strong management and event planning skills.

     Chad Cole joined Extended Family Disability Services in 2011 working with his brother-in-law Chad Herd and individuals with developmental disabilities. In 2013 he also started working at Bella Rose Estate where his personal communication, compassion, and patience was a perfect fit for the new family business.

     In 2019 Leslie and her husband Chad Cole assumed ownership of Bella Rose Estate and Extended Family Disability Services in 2019 to continue her mothers legacy.  The couple actively manages, owns and operates both companies to ensure every event & client has the highest level of customer service.


     Leslie & Chad enjoy traveling, time on the lake and spending time with their family. 

Ashley Green

Account Manager

Vickie's Daughter

     The youngest family member, Ashley Green, joined Extended Family Disability Services in 2006 as a teacher for the day program, assisting adults with disabilities and independent living skills. In 2016 Ashley started working with Bella Rose Estate in the accounting department.  She actively manages all accounting, customer service and vendor relations.  


     Outside of work Ashley enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and her six-year-old son.


Aubrey McGrew
Venue Manager

     Originally from San Diego, Aubrey moved to Las Vegas for school and graduated with a degree in Hospitality for Event Planning from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas.


She absolutely fell in love with wedding planning due to an internship at a local event venue, where she later became a coordinator. While she was there, Aubrey helped plan over 200 weddings and special events before moving to Arizona with her husband.


Aubrey was so excited to join the Bella Rose Estate family. Her background in interior design, experience, and attention to detail will make your dream wedding day a reality!


Outside of work, she loves to hike, spend time with her husband and dogs, and travel as much as possible!

Kelsey Hawker
Wedding and Event Coordinator

     Originally from Chicago, Samantha moved to Arizona in 2019.  Her passion for the wedding and event industry quickly evolved after assisting in over 85 events with the estate. 


Samantha's drive is all about the hospitality; she says, "I LOVE taking care of the little details, making sure everything is perfect on each table, that everyone is where they are supposed to be at any given time!  I LOVE taking care of guests, bridal party, and mostly- the Bride & Groom!" Her favorite wedding theme is Victorian Elegance.  


     Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her boyfriend who she traveled with all the way from Chicago to Arizona.  In spare time she likes to binge watch shows such as Big Brother & Seinfeld, has traveled to France and says that the movie that best describes her life is Bring it On! 


Taylor Barchus
Wedding and Event Coordinator

    Originally from Ohio, Allie moved to Arizona over ten years ago and quickly found herself working in the hospitality industry. As a recent graduate from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Communications, she wanted to use her hospitality experience and communication skills to work in her dream industry – wedding and event planning! 


    Allie is so excited to be a part of the Bella Rose team! She cannot wait to use her experience to help make every couple’s dream come true on their big day! Her attention to detail, ability to multitask and passion for the industry are all aspects that will help in the planning and creation of your fairytale wedding!


    Outside of work, Allie loves to spend time with her boyfriend and their one-year old daughter! She also enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and catching up on Bravo shows whenever she can!
