At Bella Rose Estate we want you to be completely comfortable with booking our wedding venue.

To help you make an informed decision, we're providing our most frequently asked questions so you can have all your answers up front.

  • Where is Bella Rose Estate Located?
    Bella Rose Estate1380 S. Price Rd.Chandler, AZ 85286 From the North and West Take the I-17 South and merge onto the I-10 East. Keep left and go East on I-10 for approximately 11 miles. Take Exit 161A for the Loop 202 East. Take the 202 East to Exit 50B for Price Road. Go South on Price Road to Bella Rose Estate. From the East US60 West toward Phoenix. Take Exit 190A for the Loop 202 South/West. Continue on the Loop 202 for approximately 19 miles. Take Exit 50B for Price Road. Go South on Price Road to Bella Rose Estate. From the South Take the I-10 West to Exit 161A for the Loop 202 East. Take the 202 East to Exit 50B for the Price Road. Go South on Price Road to Bella Rose Estate. *Overflow parking is available. If the main lot is full, the Mammoth Professional Building parking lot is free for use. There is a bridge located in between the two properties.*
  • How Do I Secure a Wedding/Event Date?
    A $2,000 deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date. This deposit is applied to your total contract price and is non-refundable.
  • Are There Dressing Rooms for My Bridal Party?
    Of course! We have two elegant dressing suites, complete with full length wall mirrors, comfortable lounge areas, restrooms and emergency kits. We have one of the largest bridal suites in Arizona, a true must see! Check out our "Bridal Suite" page for photos and more info on amenities inside!
  • Is Bella Rose Handicap Accessible?
    Yes, we insure that all guests will be comfortable and able to fully enjoy the day. We have handicap accessible parking spaces, restrooms & ramps for any person with special mobility needs.
  • Are There Additional or Hidden Fees/Taxes Not Included In Your Pricing?
    No need to do extra calculations or worry about hidden fees! We've listed out everything for you up front. The tax for all items listed in our Bella Rose Package, Garden Rose package and 15% gratuity for the catering service is already included in the pricing. You will only see a change in pricing if you choose to upgrade items with Bella Rose Estate or other vendors.
  • Can I Bring My Own Alcohol for the Event?
    Yes! You may provide your own alcohol for all rentals at Bella Rose Estate. Use of Bella Rose Estate’s licensed bar service is required for all packages. Our resident bartenders are Couple of Bartenders. Contact Couple of Bartenders for full service options for assistance with purchasing, shopping and praparing for your bar package. We do not allow shots of any kind. All alcohol must be delivered the day-of the event and removed upon completion of the rental.
  • Can We Self-Serve Alcohol in the Manor and Suites or Have Bottles of Wine/Liquor On the Reception Tables?
    No, our insurance requires that only licensed bartenders pour all alcohol being served onsite at Bella Rose Estate. Pouring it yourself will nullify our insurance and put the liability directly on the client.
  • Can I Bring My Own Caterer?
    See our Preferred Professionals list for approved Caterers.
  • How Many Bartenders Do I Need for My Event?
    1 bartender is recommended for every 1-125 people. An additional bartender can be added if you would like to have an additional bar. Contact a Bella Rose representative for pricing information.
  • Can We Have a Cash Bar?
    No. Cash Bar options are not available. For additional questions, contact a Bella Rose representative.
  • What Services/Amenities Do You Offer?
    We have multiple package options to choose from when booking your wedding at Bella Rose Estate. This includes an all-inclusive wedding package to simplify your wedding planning. We have partnered with the best local professionals to offer you a complete wedding package that includes the top of the line service in each industry.   • Can I Bring My Own Photographer and Videographer?
    Yes, absolutely! If you need help choosing, we have a lengthy list of recommended professionals who have worked here and are familiar with the property that you can hire. We want you to have a memorable and stress-free wedding experience!
  • What Is The Standard Rental Time for a Wedding Ceremony and Reception?
    Clients are given 8-hour acesss for a typical ceremony and reception rental at Bella Rose Estate. This includes 2 hours prior to the ceremony for the family and bridal party to get ready in the manor and take photos on the property with their photographer/videographer. Additional hours are available. For reception only, corporate or holiday parties, a custom timeline can be created for your event.
  • Can I Access the Venue Prior to My Rental Time To Decorate or Get Ready Early?
    Yes, you can purchase additional hours for your event if you want early access to Bella Rose Estate. Professional Vendors such as Caterers, Florists, and Paid Wedding Coordinators/Designers are permitted early access 1 hour prior to your rental time. All clean up must be completed within 30 minutes after the end of the event.
  • Is There Parking On Site?
    Yes! Bella Rose Estate's parking lot will accommodate up to 88 vehicles. If needed, there is additional parking next door at the Mammoth Building that you may use for free. We highly recommend booking a block of rooms at one of the nearby hotels (included on our Preferred Vendors list) for out of town guests. Hotels in the area will typically be able to provide shuttle services to and from our property. There are several hotels conveniently located within a half mile from Bella Rose Estate.
  • Do You Provide Glassware?
    Glassware is provided by the caterers through the Bella Rose Package only. If you've booked another package, you will need to contact your caterers regarding plasticware and glassware. The bartenders are happy to use whatever glassware is provided to them when they arrive at Bella Rose Estate or otherwise will bring their own plasticware if you booked a package.
  • Can I Decorate the Awnings, Gazebo or Hang Items From Trees?"
    Yes, if you would like to add tulle, draped fabric or flowers to the awnings, gazebo or trees, we offer a variety of options. Please check with one of our event coordinators for the Luxury Lookbook to see what items Bella Rose Estate can provide for you or to see what your other vendors have permission to do. If you are providing your own decor, please note that Bella Rose Estate cannot be responsible if any of these items are lost, damaged or stained.   • When Is My Rehearsal and How Early Can I Reserve It with the Venue?
    The rehearsal date and time is scheduled based around booked events. Clients are welcome to tentatively reserve a day and time until it can be officially confirmed about 30-days before the wedding. Rehearsals are usually 1-3 days prior to your wedding depending on the availability of the rehearsal space. Each rehearsal is scheduled for 1 hour and is ran by a Bella Rose Estate coordinator, manager or your wedding planner.
  • Can I Bring and Release Fire Lanterns at My Event?
    Unfortunately, the release of sky fire lanterns are banned by the city of Chandler due to fire safety. There is a higher safety risk since the property itself has so many trees and plants.
