When Should You Get Eyelash Extensions Before Your Wedding Day

Are you recently engaged and want to start prepping for your big wedding day? Look no further. Bella Rose Estate has a couple of tips for you to look your best on your big day.
Have you been eyeing eyelash extensions? We recommend getting lashes about 3 weeks to 1 month prior to your big day. Here’s why:
We don’t know if you’ll be allergic to the glue! Plan ahead and get your full set 3 weeks to a month ahead. This case, if you’re allergic to the glue, you have a month to settle it.
So you’re not allergic, well that’s great! Now you’re 3 weeks from your wedding. That gives you 2 weeks to enjoy your lashes, and get a fill about 5 days or less before your wedding so that they will be looking full and glam for your wedding.
Also, with having your full set 3 weeks before your wedding, you’ll be able to tell your lash stylist if you want to do them longer, shorter, or fuller at your fill appointment for your wedding.
Full set can cost roughly around $80 - $200 depending if you want classic, hybrid, or volume. Fills can cost around $40 - $100 depending on the service you chose for your full set.
Classic lashes are the most basic form of eyelash extensions. The lash stylist will place one extension per natural lash. Usually the thickness and fullness of classic lashes will depend on your natural lashes. If you have a lot of natural lashes, the lash stylist will place individual extension on your natural lashes.
Volume lashes are more than one extension on one natural lashes. This is great for those who don’t have a lot of natural lashes but want a really think and fuller look. Volume lashes can range from 2 through 6 extensions on one natural lash. This typically depends on the strength and condition of your natural lash as well as the width and length of the natural lashes.
Hybrid lashes are a combination of both classic and volume! If you got volume lashes and want to tone it down a bit for your wedding, you can ask your lash stylist to add in a mixture of classic.
We hope you love your lashes if you decide to go with them for your wedding day. Lashes are so fun and once you get them, you’ll won’t stop getting them!
